How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Then: 5-21 additional business days for delivery.
Do I get a tracking number after ordering?
Yes! All orders include tracking numbers. It will be automatically sent to the email you provided to us. Please follow our question above to see when they will actually be sent.
Will you send me an email when my order is shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after the order is placed, and another email when the order is launched!
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards and PayPal.
I ordered more than one item, why did I receive one item?
When ordering multiple items at a time some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So do not be alarmed if you do not receive all your items at once ... eventually they will reach you!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing your order. All orders are made by hand as soon as you order, so it is unlikely that we can cancel / change an order, but in some cases, we can. So please make sure to take the time to browse and order the right items you want! Just send us an email and we are sure to help you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Refunds are only allowed if the product is defective upon arrival. You have 24 hours from receipt of the package to file a refund due to defective merchandise.
Taxes and debts:
We are not responsible for local taxes, duties or customs fees, this is the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of return or exchange, the debts and shipping fee will not be refunded.
Holidays:
Delivery of orders placed on a holiday or the day before the holiday may take longer.
Rules and Restrictions:
Orders from the FLESHKA website can be sent to Worldwide.
Orders are shipped between 1-3 business days only. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
· In case of difficulty in completing the order or canceling the order, you will be notified shortly after the problem is identified.
Coordination of collection / return of the shipment will take place within 7 days from the date of order / return, during the period we will contact you up to twice for coordination.
If we were unable to locate you in the contact details you provided - your order / return will be canceled automatically.
